One record, from the first notice to the signature at the door.
Nothing is re-keyed between stages. What the lead engine found is what the proposal cites, what the purchase order commits, and what the receipt closes.
Every solicitation scored against who you actually are.
Public federal data is scanned four times a day and scored against your NAICS codes, set-asides and past awards, then routed to your desk. Contracts ending within twelve months are tracked against the incumbent.
- Sources
- SAM.gov and public data, your past performance, your won contracts

It does the work. You keep the yes.
A fit above your threshold opens a capture package with the notice attached and the work already started. Anything that would leave the building lands on the Desk as a draft with its reasoning.
- Standing work
- Delegations run on a schedule and post their ledger
- Where it acts
- Workspace, Teams, email, phone, and inside Office
Proposals in your own words, from your own history.
The draft is grounded in the proposals you have written and the contracts you have won, and every claim it cannot support from your company profile is flagged before anyone sees it.
- Draft checks
- Claims like set-aside status are flagged unless your profile supports them
- Rule
- An answer without a source is a defect
Nothing leaves the building without a person saying yes.
Emails, calls, purchases and proposals wait on the Desk with their reasoning. When the award comes, the contract, its dates, its line items and what is owed are tracked to the day on the same record.

From purchase order to the customer site, one record.
Purchase orders come in from watched folders or by hand. Lines are committed to the project with the vendor and value on record. Job costing puts the estimate, the orders, the receipts and the labor into one number.
- Orders
- Line by line receipts, partial and complete
- Bank feed
- Read-only. Nothing here moves money
Every unit has a name on it.
A handheld signs in with a personal PIN, so every scan records who booked it. Serials are captured on the item and refused when someone scans the part number instead. A label at the door becomes a record everywhere at once.
- Devices
- Zebra handheld, any phone, a desktop camera
- Custody
- PIN per person, serial per unit, Eastern time on every record
Signed at the site. The record closes where it started.
Shipments carry the carrier tracking and who signed, where, and when. The same record that began as a scored notice ends as a signed delivery, with every step and every approval on it.
- Where it lives
- Teams, email, the phone line, and the Office add-ins
- Connectors

On the reference deployment, as of September 2026. These describe that machine, not yours.
It reads what you already have, and cites it.
Mail, files, calendar and Teams are indexed every fifteen minutes. Every answer names the file, the sheet and the rows it came from. Mail reads the way the sender designed it, with the reply already drafted.

Budget against actual, on every job, before it closes.
Job costing pulls the estimate, the committed purchase orders, the materials received and the labor into one number per project, and flags the jobs bleeding while there is still time to act. A read-only bank feed keeps cash and runway live. Nothing here moves money.

Most of the day happens before you sit down.
The standing schedules on a live deployment, in Eastern time. Everything outbound still waits for a person.
Dedicated to you. Shared with no one.
Every deployment is one customer's alone. The models serve on the machine, not through a vendor API. Nothing is multi-tenant.
The tools that last will be the ones that do the work.
Models are getting cheaper and more plentiful. A good answer is no longer the hard part, and it is no longer the product. What a business keeps is the system that reads its mail, books its receipts, scores its opportunities, drafts what needs drafting, and brings the decision to a person only when a person is needed.
That is the standard this workspace is built to. Not a chat window beside your work, but the work itself, done in your own records, on your own machine, with your approval on anything that leaves.
Straight answers.
Does the assistant send email on its own?
No. Drafts land on the Desk with their reasoning. A person approves each one. There is an optional setting to auto-send to known contacts, and it is off by default.
Where do the answers come from?
From your own records first: the catalog, purchase orders, mail, documents and the CRM. Every answer names its source. When the platform does not know, it says so.
What hardware does it run on?
A single machine dedicated to you and shared with no one. The reference deployment runs on an NVIDIA DGX Spark with the models, the index and the database on the box. A lighter configuration runs on a laptop for evaluation.
Does it touch our money?
No. The bank connection is read-only and is used for forecasting. Nothing on the platform can initiate a payment.
Can our warehouse use it without training?
The handheld asks one question at a time: what are you doing, then pull the trigger. A new person signs in with a four to six digit PIN. Unknown barcodes are named once and learned.
