Answers from your own records, with the source named.
The semantic layer with a chat interface. It indexes mail, files, calendar, Teams and watched folders on the machine, answers in plain language, and cites the file, the sheet and the rows. Permissions are enforced in the database. Models run locally.

Every unit has a name on it.
Scanning, receiving, serial capture and chain of custody. A Zebra handheld, any phone, or a desktop camera. A label scanned at the door becomes a record with who, where and when, and lands on the order, the project and the inventory at once. Standalone.
See Dock
One workspace from first lead to final delivery.
Business development, proposals, purchasing, inventory, shipping and financials in one record, with an assistant that does the work and waits for your approval. It includes ℚ Platform and Dock.
See Workspace
Dedicated to you. Shared with no one.
Where your data goes, and where it stops. Scroll, or pick a step.
Everything you already have, on a machine that is yours alone.
Mail, files, calendar, Teams, the catalog, the orders, the ledger. Indexed on the machine, held on the machine. Nothing is multi-tenant and no vendor API sits between a question and its answer.
- Deployment
- Dedicated to one customer, on infrastructure you own or on hardware we deliver
- Models
- Every tier serves locally. Cloud is a valve that is off until you open it
Answered inside the boundary, with the source named.
A question goes to the index on the machine and the answer comes back with the file, the sheet and the rows it came from. The exchange never leaves the box. An answer without a source is treated as a defect, not a feature.
- Permissions
- Enforced in the database, so a search never returns what a person is not cleared to see
- Citations
- Resolved from the documents actually retrieved
Nothing outbound executes without a person saying yes.
Emails, calls, purchases and proposals are drafted with their reasoning and stop at the edge of the machine. A person approves each one. Reads are logged and move on. Writes that matter wait for the yes.
- Drafted
- With its reasoning attached, so the decision is a read, not a hunt
- Logged
- Either way, with who asked and when

What we build
Document intelligence over internal records, with citations. Agents that draft and act through approved connections. Retrieval and knowledge systems without a cloud API. Operational systems for purchasing, inventory, receiving and chain of custody. Governance, audit trails and evaluation for AI in regulated environments.
How it is different
Dedicated deployment, nothing multi-tenant. Models serve locally, with no vendor API in the path. Every answer cites its source, resolved from documents actually retrieved. Permissions are enforced in the database, not in the prompt. Nothing outbound executes without a person's approval.
